Debating Club

If you like to argue, then come along and have your say!! You can take part in balloon debates, public speaking competitions and instant debates. You can also participate in organised debates, or come along to spectate. Debates take place between volunteer speakers, who prepare speeches and are ready to give and receive points of information. We like to debate topical issues and are always looking for new ideas.

There are opportunities to enter competitions within the school. We are always keen to find people who are interested in participating in the Courier Junior Debating Competition! We have had numerous successes in this competition, often reaching the final.

For more information - look at the Debating Club inthe Extra Curricular Clubs pages.
