The Set-up:
Players draw an agreed number of small loops inside one large loop. For example:
A Move:
At your turn you must find a loop that contains 4 or more loops inside it and draw a loop around 3 or more but not all of these loops. For the purposes of counting loops that are inside a larger loop the contents of these loops are not included. For example as a first move the opening player (green say) plays as follows:
![]()
The red largest loop in this diagram now contains only 6 loops since the contents of the green loop are not included in this count.
The green loop contains 4 loops.
The second player (blue say) could now reply:
![]()
The Blue player looped 3 loops inside the red loop. This move was legal since:
- There were 4 or more loops inside the red loop (there were 6)
- 3 or more of these loops were looped (exactly 3 were looped)
Notice that the green player has only two choices: to play inside the green loop (it contains 4 loops) or inside the red loop (it contains 4 loops). She cannot play inside the blue loop since it only contains 3 loops.
A Win:
The last player able to make a legal move is the winner.
