To former participants of the Madras-Kiel Exchange

Thank you all for getting in touch regarding the 50^th anniversary of the Madras-Kiel Exchange.

Celebrations to mark this special occasion will take place on Saturday

30 June 2007 in the South Street building of Madras College.

A “Kaffee und Kuchen” reunion will take place in the afternoon and this will be followed by a ceilidh in the evening. As more information about these events becomes available, it will be posted on the school website:

We also hope to post a history of the First Fifty Years (written by Donald Macgregor, former Principal Teacher of German) on the website by mid-March. You will be able to purchase a longer version of this at the anniversary in June. This will contain a number of interesting photographs taken from the archives.
